MARCH 1999

AUDIO KRAZY 2Paconline have brought out a 2Pac/3X Krazy remix in MP3 format, which is pretty tight if you wanna go peep it. Speaking of 3X Krazy, I picked up their 1997 album Stackin Chips a little while back an its off tha hook! Damn I can't get enough of that West Coast Shit!

Check out this triple hit of remixs! First off we got tha clean version of Roland's upbeat Freak Somethin' This tracks almost the same as the Gang Related version, so ya know it's still dope. Next check out a favourite of mine, Daz and Too Shorts It Might Sound Crazy Remix This is real different from the album version and just as tight, if not better. Finally you might wanna play Nate Dogg's Just Another Day Remix I kinda prefer the original of this, but y'all can judge for yourselves!

Here'z another couple of requests goin' out, both Dogg Pound related. First Dogg Pound 4 Life from the Above The Rim Soundtrack, then the dope ass Bitches Ain't Shit Freestyle by Snoop, Kurupt and Daz.

CHRONIC UPDATES All this "Chronic 2000" info is comin' live from 2pac's Warzone:

Three new Death Row inmates will be introduced on this album, V.K and Doobie (as mentioned in the 2Pac Greatest Hits booklet) and MilkBone who looks to be freshly signed. I just peeped the track listing (which you can access below) which surprised me a little. Not only will 'Late Nite' by 2pac, DJ Quik and the Outlawz see light after being left off of 'All Eyez On Me' but Dre's put down a track with Death Row's own 'Top Dogg', who I never thought would have worked together. Even if it's mixed like 'All Bout U' Dre still must have given permission to use his vocals. Let's just hope it don't get delayed!

Expected Release Date: April 27th

Here'z a couple of remixs from original Chronic songs to enjoy until the new tracks hit us. First off peep the Nuthin' But A G Thang (Club Mix) then the Dre Day (UK Remix)

I heard that Rage has followed in most every inmates footsteps and left the Row, this time for Dr. Dre's Aftermath Records. Although her album lacked strength a little, she's been down with the Row right from the beginning, blowing shit up with her raw lyrical flow! Let's hope she stays that way at AM.

It looks like Sam Sneed may FINALLY be releasing his album under Death Row, either late this year or early next. I'll bring y'all more on this as I hear it. U Better Recognize!

Here'z a few tracks I'm sure y'all gonna like Where Ever You Are These are the last of some tracks I recorded a while back but never put up. So check out Never Be Peace by 2Pac and Storm, Friends by 2Pac and the Slip N' Slide original by Danny Boy. I keep hearing about a DB bootleg album floating around. PLEASE get at me if you've got a copy!

I want everybody to Keep Their Heads Ringin' after checking out D.Hammond's request!

DEATH ROW GOT SOME CHRONIC SHIT It seems that Death Row are set to release their own 'Chronic 2000' album instead of the Snoop/Dre greatest hits compilation. 2Pac's Warzone was the first to hear after he phoned Death Row and got the information first hand. This is great news for all Snoop/Dre and Death Row fans. Personally I can't wait for it to drop... or the other Chronic 2000 fo that matter!!

I'm guessing that most of you have heard C-Murder's 'so called' 2Pac tribute song 'On Our Enemies' from his new album 'Bossalinie' by now. If you have, you most likely would have noticed its a complete rip-off of 2Pac's unreleased song 'When We Ride On Our Enemies'. I couldn't believe what Murder had done when I first heard it! I mean its bad enough stealing someone's song or beat... but BEFORE its released!?! IF he wanted to make a tribute song for 2Pac he should have made it original like everybody else did! Take a trip to Cory's No Limit Page if you wanna check it out.

There's another official website on the scene called Funk Daddy - Producer, DJ & MC. You can spot Funk Daddy's production on E-40's last album 'The Element Of Surprise' and B-Legit's 'The Hemp Museum' amongst others. With a profile like that, I'm thiking the mix tapes he has on sale which include Snoop, Dre, 2Pac, Tha dogg Pound and Bone Thugs are gonna be tight. Go check 'em out!

I've had a lot of people ask me for the G-Thang midi file I put up on my homepage a while back, so if your another one wanting it click right here to download it (you might wanna right click and select 'save as'). I took a look around for a few more tight midi's and came up with 2Pac's Changes, and Ambitionz Az A Ridah, Mack 10 and the Dogg Pounds Nuthin' But The Cavi Hit, the Westside Connections Bow Down and Snoop's The Shiznit. They all dope, so I hope ya like 'em! Props go out to Hip Hop Reviews and Hitemup.com for those.

In case you didn't hear, it seems that the long awaited Death Row compilation 'Inside Out' has been re-named to Death Row 2000. I think this new titles kinda weak, but then it's only a name. I just want 'em to release it!

I've updated my store section with a number of Death Row and 2Pac related books as well as a 2Pac calander, if you wanna go peep 'em. I've included reviews and star ratings for all tha books so you can see whats hot and whats not! Watch out for videos and CD's coming soon.

I'm sure you've all heard the latest on Snoop's upcoming Top Dogg album by now but if you haven't here's the article from MTV;

'Dr. Dre's newest discovery, Eminem, hit stores this week with the "Slim Shady," his debut album for Dre's Aftermath label. For those not in the know, Dre also discovered a certain rapper named Snoop Doggy Dogg, whom he unleashed on the world in 1992 on Dre's "The Chronic." The MTV Radio Network recently caught up with Dre's first big discovery -- who has since dropped the "Doggy" from his rap handle -- and asked him what he thought of the new kid on Dre's block. "Oh he's tight, he's tight," Snoop said of Eminem. "I'm glad Dre found something that's worth f***in' with. So he can put it out there and blow it up. He's a talent." Eminem and Snoop both contribute to Dre's forthcoming album, "The Chronic 2000." Meanwhile, Snoop is in the final stages of recording his second album for Master P's No Limit Records, the follow-up to last year's "Da Game Is to Be Sold, Not to be Told." Snoop hopes to release the new record, tentatively titled "Top Dogg" in May, which will feature contributions from Sylk-E-Fyne, Warren G, Nate Dogg, Kurupt, Daz, and Krayzie Bone Snoop also has plans to record additional tracks with No Limit family members Master P, Silkk The Shocker, Mystikal, C-Murder, and others. The planned first single from "Top Dogg" is "Bustin' Rocks," a track produced by DJ Quik. In true No Limit style, Snoop says he also plans to release yet another solo album by December'.

In case y'all wondering about the change of colours on this page, I jus' figured white fits in better with the rest of the site, as well as lookin' a whole lot nicer than the tired old yellow. Get used it, cuz these colours are staying! Oh yeah one more change... I joined up to the 2Pac top 40 so I'd really appreciate it if y'all could vote for my site once in a while at the bottom of this page. Thanx!
