"Hey, Eudial!" said Chibiusa "I didn't know that you were a Sailor Senshi too!" "It was a surprise for me too. Now I understand why I was feeling so bad: my new powers were awakening."
"Usagi will be happy to know that you are one of us!"
"Please Chibiusa, let's keep the secret. I don't want the girls to know my identity."
"Why?"
"I don't know. It's a sort of ancient memory: no one should know who is the Black Sailor."
"O.K. If you really want to..."
Eudial thought to her last dream, now she could remember well her past life in Silver Millennium: she was the Black Sailor and her mission was that of protect the royal family acting into shadow. Nobody knew her existence, only the queen Serenity was aware of her purpose. Her ancient name was Ombra and she was the outermost of Outer Senshi and she represented the first defense from alien attacks. When Queen Beryl decided to attack the moon, she was caught by surprise and defeated. However Eudial couldn't figure why she was reborn as a witch in her actual life.
Usagi entered the room and she seemed very happy.
"What's up, Usagi? Why are you so blissful?" asked Eudial
"I've a date with Mamoru!!" said the girl "Eudial, when you was in Death Busters on your planet, had you got a boyfriend?"
The witch didn't answer and seemed lost in her memories.
"Eudial?"
"I never loved anyone" she said in a strange tone "A boy, Silver, said that he loved me and he was always there to help me, but I thought he was weak and I mocked him for this reason...
Usagi," said Eudial bursting into tears "I was so cruel with him and now I can't do anything to be forgiven! Now I can understand that he was kind! I destroyed his dreams..."
"Eudial, don't cry. The most important thing is that you changed your behavior. Now you can understand the importance of love and of good feelings. If he really loved you, I think he has already forgiven you"
"Are... are you sure of this, Usagi?"
"Yes, don't worry. Oh! It's very late! I'm sorry, I've to go now!" Usagi ran down the stairs "Keep smiling, Eudial! I'm sure you'll meet Silver again" shouted before exiting the door.
"Usagi," said Mamoru sweetly "are you worried about something? You didn't speak at all for the whole day..."
"It's about Eudial. She seemed very sad today and she felt remorse for her bad actions. I didn't know what to say to cheer her up."
"Don't worry, Usagi. She's a strong girl and she will get through her problems. But she must do it by herself, you can't help her. Just show Eudial your friendship and tell her that you are ready to help her when she need to."
Suddenly they heard loud screams coming from the park and they saw a lot of frightened people running away. "There's a monster!" shouted a woman while escaping.
"Hurry up, Usagi! Let's make up!" said Mamoru and a few seconds later Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Kamen were entering the park.
A masked man was standing at the exact center of the park while a monster was attacking people. The boy had light blue hair and wore a white and blue uniform. A black star was on his forehead and he seemed to control the monster.
"Attacking innocent people without a reason. I won't forgive you. For love and justice, the beautiful sailor suited fighter, Sailor Moon! In place of the Moon, I'll punish you!"
The man looked at her, then he snapped his finger and the monster disappeared.
"It was an illusion!" said Tuxedo Kamen
The mysterious man smiled bitterly: "I was waiting for you, Sailor Moon!"
"What?!" said Usagi
"This is the day of your death, Sailor Moon! And then I'll kill all the other Sailor Senshi! Star vortex, attack!"
A huge spiral of little shiny black stars surrounded Sailor Moon and grasped her. She couldn't move nor breath and Tuxedo Kamen was about to throw his rose when the man said: "Don't move or she will die immediately!"
The man laughed, but his eyes were filled with tears: "You Sailor Senshi stole the most important part of my life and you will die for this reason!"
"Set Sailor Moon free!" shouted a voice behind a tree.
The masked man turned: "Who are you?"
The Black Sailor revealed herself: "If you really want to fight, fight with me! I'm Black Sailor, warrior of darkness and mistress of eclipses. In the name of the Moon shadow, I'll punish you!"
"I'll kill all Sailor Senshi. If you want to be the first to die, let's fight now!"
"You'll see who is going to die. Shadow cones..."
"Star vortex..."
"ATTACK!" they shouted at the same time.
Eudial's cones and the vortex of star destroyed each other reciprocally. Sailor Chibi Moon arrived to help the fight.
"Remember that I still have your friend in my hands" said the masked man "This is a duel between me and Black Sailor, so don't interfere or Sailor Moon will die!"
They both gathered their power for the conclusive attack. "I won't have mercy." said Eudial "Shadow cones..."
"My name is Silver and I will revenge my beloved Eudial! Star vortex attack!"
Eudial stared when she heard the name of the man and blocked her attack. She tried to protect herself from Silver's attack, but the vortex hit her and Eudial fell to the ground almost unconscious.
"And now, I'll finish you..." said Silver coming nearer to her. The spiral of stars was blocking Eudial and she couldn't speak to reveal her identity. Silver put his hands on her neck and when he spoke his voice was full of sorrow: "I don't want to kill you with my powers. You must feel the touch of my hands. I would prefer to use them to hug my Eudial, but you Sailor Senshi caused her death, so die!"
"Wait!" shouted Chibiusa "If you really love Eudial, don't kill the Black Sailor or you will regret your action for all your life!"
"Are you menacing me, little brat? I loved her and I'm going to kill you all damned Sailors"
"Silver, Eudial is still alive and she's the Black Sailor!"
"What?!" said Usagi and Mamoru at once.
"I can't believe you: Eudial was an evil witch, she hated Sailor Senshi!"
"You must trust me! Set her free and you'll see!"
Silver looked at the Black Sailor and took a decision: he took back his vortex and freed the girl. Eudial de-transformed and looked at Silver without speaking. Silver was shocked: his beloved witch was alive!
He threw away his mask: "Eudial, I'm so happy to see you again!" he said, then he added in a worried tone "Did I hurt you so much? Are you feeling well?"
"Silver..."Eudial burst up in tears "Please, forgive me! I was so cruel and you, a person who hates fighting, wanted to revenge me..."
She threw herself in Silver's arms; "Forgive me!" she repeated.
Silver hugged her, then he gently touched the witch on her cheek and looked deep in her eyes. "I love you" he said, just before kissing her.
Usagi and Chibiusa looked at the scene with huge sweatdrops on their heads.
"Do you know, Usagi? Eudial's boyfriend is very nice!"
"Yes you are right..."
"Usagi!" said Mamoru in a reproaching tone.
"Don't worry Mamo-chan, I was joking, you are my only love."
They kissed. Chibiusa looked at Silver and Eudial, then at Usagi and Mamoru... "WAAAAH! It isn't fair!" she yelled "I want a boyfriend too!"
