Danielle D'Aconti's Home Page
Hi! My name is Danielle D'Aconti (some people call me: Dani, Dan, D.) I am 23 years old originally from Northern NJ (Morris County).
I now live in Virginia Beach, VA and recently finished up college at Virginia Wesleyan College. I walked in May 2001 and officially graduated in August 2001 after my internship with a local radio station.
I still live here in Virginia Beach, but hope it won't be forever. I am looking to move on in the next year + or so. I am working on getting another radio job, possibly in sales, where I interned. I loved the station so it would be great if it works out.
I am STILL not sure what I want to do "when I grow up", but after many years of changing my mind, I decided to finish out my college career majoring in Communications. What I DO know for sure is that I want to help people and speak out more about this disease that takes too many lives every year.
I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma at the age of 14. I am a SURVIVOR thanks to many things and many people. God being #1... my wonderful parents... my incredible doctors, nurses... and the support of family and friends who saw me through this difficult time; and the even rougher times thereafter. Without all these contributing factors and wonderful people, I KNOW I would not be sitting here today. For that... I am eternally grateful.
This is my homepage. It will reflect on the people and things that are important in my life. I welcome EVERYONE!
