Been watching GH, naturally. Well, sorta, I mean, I tape it still, cept when it's on Access Hollywood's on too. Then at 2:30 X-Men (my favorite cartoon of ALL time) comes on, so I watch that. I flip back and forth to GH...sometimes. Switched in today...and, uh, WHY is there an Emily and Juan montage. Really, I didn't need to see that. But anyways....

Here's the latest addition to the opinion family. My sister, who became a GH fan along with me, has been at college for 2 years now, thus all the "studying" (Rrrriiiight...) hasn't allowed her to enjoy...the good things in life, such as GH. Anyways, got an email from her the other day...a friend of hers sent her a tape of a recent episode (this year's Nurses Ball). And lemme tell you, her little list had me ROTF...obsuyve:

* What the fuck happened to this show? like you don't know...

* Since when were karaoke videos featured in the Ball? LIVE performances, people. That was the point. You're supposed to pretend that you're giving live performances... OMG, you FEEL me? WTF was that? I mean, it was cool and stuff having Ned do that thing... but I was like...Rrrright. And I flipped over to PC, and I saw Kevin prancing around a waterfountain. LMAO AND WTF...

* Apparently Emily still thinks she can sing. ROTFLMFAOPMP

* Too bad, she doesn't realize she can't dance. same as above

* Does anyone miss the original Balls like me? I do...

* Who is the blonde chick parading the black dude around? The attempt at jungle fever ain't working for me. Hehehe...no comment...well, actually, one comment. That girl's voice is a LITTLE too high up in the clouds. No offense, really.

* Nikolas is ugly. Oooh, don't be so harsh LOL

* Carly looked really pretty. She's fuckin gorgeous. I wish I looked like that

* Why did this end so sadly? I forget what happened...

A few observations on the show in general:

* What the fuck happened to this show? hehe

* How come I don't seem to care about anyone on this show, even *sniff*, Sonny?? That happens a lot now, dear sis...

* Where are all the cool people? (The "real" Lucky, the "real" Nikolas, Lulu, Sonny&Brenda, Luke&Laura, Ned&Lois, Ned&Alexis, Jason&Carly, Lucky&Lizzie, Lucy&Kevin, Joe&Karen) I kinda have to agree on this one...

* Did you know Wally Kurth and Rena Sofer are separated? :o( How about Tyler and Vanessa? As you can see, my sister's REALLY out of the loop.

Well, there you have it folks, my sister's take on GH. Now normally, I'd be a little like, "Well...they're in a slump right now..." doing my best to defend the show I love so much. But right now, I'm kinda not feelin that way. I have to agree that I'm getting tired of the show at this moment. I hate that it's happening, too. I thought I would love this show forever, and never doubt what it was capable of doing; making me laugh, making me cry, making me just feel that way...you know, that I'm glad my life isn't ACTUALLY like a soap opera, ya know? Plus, all the characters made me happy and brought some joy into my life.

Right now I'm kinda not feeling that way about it. Characters are getting on my nerves (Hannah and Taggert? PUKE. If ya love me, push me...), blah blah blah blah blah, it'd be pointless to go on, if you ask me. Ick. I don't even know how to end this, except to quote my sister at the end of her list.

"Aaahhh...my show has died..."

For once, I have to agree with her. :*(
