I had a conference today, so the only exercise I got was walking down the hall of the hotel a couple of times and a short walk at the mall to buy a caramel apple with peanuts and chocolate. I’ve yet to decide if the healthy aspect of the apple outweighs the caramel, peanuts, and chocolate.
Breakfast: the usual buttered toast with an egg
Snack: a 800 pound muffin, honestly, the thing weighed nearly a ton. I wanted a piece of fruit but the hotel had only set out muffins, bagels and pastry. I thought I was picking up some sort of raisin muffin, it was chocolate chips.
Lunch: a turkey sub on white bread with lettuce and tomatoes, small bag of chips
Snack: saved the apple from lunch and ate it.
Dinner: a tiny bag of Doritos and a Dr Pepper (I was hanging around waiting on my SO {we live several counties apart} to be done with b-ball practice) and about a cup of mac and cheese when I finally got home.
Oh, and I drank about 2 liters of water (my goal is two to three)
