Breakfast: egg and buttered toast, orange juice
Snack: hot chocolate with chocolate whipped cream
Lunch/dinner (I ate a late breakfast): A veggie egg roll, this chicken concoction I made up that includes: chicken strips, Dijon mustard, sweet and sour sauce, cheese between two flour tortillas.
Dessert: about a quarter cup of raspberry sorbet (I *adore* Edy’s Whole Fruit Sorbet)
Water: a liter and a half as of 5:30 this evening.

Exercise: 30 minutes on the elliptical walker and about fifteen minutes of this weird combination of Pilates and yoga moves and then pushups.

I’ve completely plateaued and I’m willing to admit I don’t know what to do about it. So my plan is to simply keep working out (adding my Pilates/yoga stuff after every run) and just watch what I eat. I’m not going to weigh myself; I’m just going to work on being healthy (a hard task for me sometimes)

Seeing as how it’s only 5:30, I’m going to go ahead and say that I’ll probably have a Dr Pepper, another egg roll, and more water before this evening is over. I’ll probably also dance around the house listening to Shakira for a while. 1
