snack- a banana and an apple
lunch- 1 cup of fat free vegetarian chili
1 slice of bread
dinner- 2 slices of pizza
salad with wine vinegar instead of dressing
1 glass of wine
dessert- 1/2 cup of lofat yogurt
1/2 cup cherries
1/4 cup granola
total calories approximately 1300
total protein approximately 46 grams (apparently I should be consuming
about 120!!!)
total fat approximately 34.5 g and THAT'S what's bad for you!!!
At the gym, I ran intervals on the treadmill for 30 minutes, covering 2.5 miles. I stepped on the stair machine at level 5 for 15 minutes, and biked at level 6 for 15 minutes, covering 5.5 miles. Total calories burned, about 489.
Now, if these counts are accurate, I should concievably be shedding pounds like ski jackets on a hot summer day! :)
