Breakfast: 1 slice toast, 1 wedge of laughing cow lite cheese
Snack: 1 cup of fruit, 1/2 cup of 1% milk
Lunch: 2 small slices of pizza
Snack: an apple and a cup of yogurt
Dinner: salad, one burrito
at the bar, I had a whopping 3 drinks, and a beer.
Total calories (not counting the 3 drinks since I can't find nutrition info on them yet) approx 1313, though it's probably more like 14-1500. Total protein a measly 38 grams. Total fat, a whopping 47 grams! We can see here that I really need to focus on getting more protein and much less fat.
