Breakfast: 1 bagel (I love bagels!), 1/2 avocado.
Snack: 1 cup yogurt
Lunch: 2 cups rice w/ soy sauce
Snack: 1 slice of toast
Dinner: 2 cups polenta w/ tomato sauce. 1 glass of wine.
Now, before I left for the coffeehouse that I play at, I had a shot of tequila (a shot of courage, they call it) and then I had a glass and a half of wine there at the place.
Total calories about 1500. Total protein about 31 grams. Total fat about 19 grams.
Since I am predominantly (but not entirely) vegetarian, I am having a really hard time getting away from the carbs and getting enough protein (can you tell?), so this is something I'm just going to have to try to work on. And not drinking so dang much! ;)
Now, tomorrow is Sunday, and I don't watch what I eat on Sunday. I mean, you've got to have a day, right? So, there won't be a journal entry tomorrow.
