breakfast: 1 bagel, 2 wedges of laughing cow lite cheese
lunch: 2 bananas (totally weak, but I was running around like a maniac
all
day)
dinner: minestrone soup, couple glasses of wine
total calories about 1112. Total protein about 35 grams. Total fat about 23 grams.
I have no journal for Thursday 11-29, but I did go to the gym and lift weights and do 30 minutes of cardio. I also did not drink any alchohol for the first time in days.
