I am now offering an award to people with Fan pages (pages dedicated to actors and/or actresses). This award is called the

StarGazer

award. There will be two levels: Nova and SuperNova. Nova is the lower level. This page will have to be good. It must have the actor's filmography, a few pictures, and some biographical information. The Supernova will be tougher to get. Any page who wins this award will have to be outstanding. It must have everything pages that deserve the Nova award has, only more. Videos and sounds are pretty much required, unless the rest of the page is absolutly amazing. I will find pages deserving of the award by my own web surfing. I am not claiming to be a web page goddess, it will just be my own opinion.

The sites are required to do this:
1) Have creativity
2) Be a fan page of an actor or actress (I may change this sometime to ANY kind of celebrity, but right now, just actors and actress, please)
3) Be about just ONE actor or actress (Again, I may change this soon, but for now...)
4) Be pleasing to look at
5) Have at least filmography, and pictures of the actor
6) Not just be links to different pages for that actor
7) Preferably not have frames, unless they are well done. If your page has frames, a "no frames" option is a plus.
8) Supernova winners have to be extremely well organized.
9) Preferably your page doesn't open with a huge image that takes forever to load.
