The host...also known as Lorne...or Krevlornswath of the deathwock clan. Hails from Pylea an alternate dimension when, realizing that his home, wasn't really home for him, he found a way to get away and come to L.A. The Host was in heaven when finding music and other pleasures that Pylea didn't have. He also has psychic powers, that he can read people when they sing. Lorne soon opened Cariatas, the safe haven for demons, vampires and humans a like. Cariatas was a karioke bar where he could help misguded people and such.
Soon Angel walked in seeking guidence because of his link to the powers that be was broken. Soon Lorne was helping Angel, Darla and later when Angel went dark and fired...Gunn, Cordy and Wes. Lorne helped out and went with Angel, Gunn and Wes to Pylea when rescueing Cordy and Fred. Because of certain events, Cartias has been dystroyed not once but 3 times.
Lorne also helped out with babysitting duties when baby connor was born and eventually left the Hyperion hotel to go to Vegas. In which Angel, Fred and Gunn rescued him from when his powers were being used to exploit people.
Currently Lorne is running the entertainment division at Wolfram and Hart and has played a huge part in weeding out the evil in the law firm. He also did what he could to try and rescue Fred when in trouble but ended up with nothing. Lorne continues to try and help in any way he can.
