Willow like Xander was born and raised in good ol Sunnydale, California. She is a shy and reseverd type with her and Xander being best friends. She has also urned the reputation as being the one to goto for tutoring. Her and Xander played doctor when they were kids. Willow would use real medical text.
Her Computer skills are the best. During career week she was one one of two students to be seleceted to be interviewed by a unnamed but very prestigious computure Software Company the other student Being Oz. Willow was choose to substitute a computer- Science class after Jenny Calender was murder. When a good replacement could not be found. Princapal Snyder asks Willow to replace her for the rest of the Semester. She has upgraded a lot of her software. She was also involved in Ms.Calender's project to scan books into the schools comptuer. Willow and Buffy Summers became best friends. When Buffy's encouragement on seizing the moment Willow began to flirt with a Vampire at The Bronze. Of Course Buffy helps her out. Later on her computer skills help Buffy find the Master's hideout by hacking into the city's records.
Willow has always carried a torch for Xander. The breifly dated untill he stole her Barbie doll, they were five. In adolescence she waited for Xander to notice her but it didn't happen. After Xander falling for a Praying mantis, a mummy, Buffy and Cordelia. Willow has been a true friend for Xander always being there and helping him out during rough times. She once meet someone online named Malcom but turned out to be a demon called Moloch. Which was bad for her because it was the most sucsess she has had with a boy to that date. Later she meet up with Oz they started dating and became Sunnydale High school's Cutest couple. Oz's being a warewolf didn't phase her really at first. Willow and Oz continues to have a loving relationship untill a female Warewolf meets up with Oz. Oz and Willow separate due to Oz trying to find himself with his wolf side and human side.
After Ms. Calender's death she got into the Techno-Pagen stuff. She now strugles and tries to be Wicca. Willow can't turn her best friend Amy Madison who is also a witch back to human form when Amy turned herself into a rat.
In Season four Willow continue to be a Witch and with Oz leaving and coming and leaving agian, Willow and Tara have hooked up and they really love each other. Going through her 2nd year of college in season five Willow has been more and more helpfull with the Witchcraft and Willow has been with Tara and what really proves that Willow love Tara is that when Glory Brainsucked her Willow was all ready to go and face the evil hellgod right before Glory almost Killed Willow Buffy saved her. Now Willow is taking care of the mindless Tara and is ready for when they take on Glory. Willow pulls through proving she is one of the strongest scoobies. She reverts Tara back to normal and helps the gang majorly in the battle against Glory. Willow during season six has used her magic powers a little much, she was the one who was in charge of raising Buffy from the grave. Infact because of all her magic use, Tara and Willow needed some time apart. Willow finnaly brought Amy back from Rat form and Amy took her to a sorcerer but nearly got her and Dawn killed. Now Willow says she wants to change. And Change she did. Willow went cold turkey off the magic and stayed away. She did good for most of it. Her former friend Amy didn't help much. When Tara was shot that was the straw that broke the camel's back. She snapped and went tottaly dark. Sucking magic from the dark books at the shop and then hunting down and killing Warren. She then sucked even more power from Dark killing him and then calling herself the Slayer and facing her friend Buffy. The two fought and once she got her magic back from disrubting Anya's spell, she put a hurting on Buffy untill Giles came back to teach her a lesson. The two had their own fight and she sucked magic from him. It was the start of the end of Dark Willow. It was what gave Xander a chance to save the world and Willow. Willow was last seen with Xander crying and sobbing over what she had done not wanting to touch magic ever again. Willow found out through the Coven in England with Giles that she can not let it go. That magic will always be in her forever. She must learn to be one with it and use it. She came back from England and cause of a demon no one could see her, cept Spike. Spike helped in the long run. Willow hasn't done a lot of magic since she got back and one night, the same night as Dawn and Buffy's visitors, the girl Buffy tried to save came back and talked to Willow saying she was her connection to Tara, and she was true to what Tara would say untill she was trying to get Willow to kill herself. It was the first. Willow went to do a spell to locate the first, but backfired and felt the darkness consume her once again. Once the potentials came, Kennedy a potential, knows about Willow and after a while the two hook up even though Willow is still all about losing Tara. When the two kiss for the first time Willow turns into Warren. Everyone sees her as Warren, and when they goto see a coven that is at UC Sunnydale, Amy is there and does stuff to not help her. Amy's basicly on a power trip herself. Eventualy the affects are reversed with help of Kennedy. Willow has been trying to help locate SITs and was called by Fred to help locate and re-insoul Angel. She brought back Faith to help out in the war with the First. Willow now just waits to and hopes she can be helpfull in the battle ahead. Infact Willow was a big part in the final battle. She used the power she has, and the power of the Slayer Sycthe to activate all the potentials in the world, becoming a goddess in the process.Making it out of Sunnydale with the rest of the survivors, saying she could feel the power and can feel Slayers awakening all over the world and they do have some work ahead of'em.
When Andrew visited Angel and crew at wolfram and hart to help out with an insane slayer, he shared what the rest of the SD Survivors were up to. Willow and Kennedy at the time were in Brazil, doing the same most likely as Xander, seeking out slayers that were chosen after Willow's spell.
