Hobo Jam,
Oh Boy!
Yep we pulled up a log and sit by the fire and had a wonderful time. We
learned all about the real Hobo's from the depression days. We had Hobo Stew
and fry bread. The bread was very good. Elmo Twist messed up the stew!! We will
have to keep him away from the fire next time. The fry bread was great along
with delicious Strawberry short cake that Peaches put together for us all.
Wayne and Marty Scott were a hit as usual. They had more stuff and wonderful
ways of using it. Thanks to Wayne and Marty Scott for taking the time out of
there busy schedule to come play with us.
Crazy Irving and Sandy came all the way from Winter Haven and showed us the new makeup line. Now I know why they call him "Crazy" What a neat guy. Good luck with your Magic Shop in Winter Haven.
Then there was Poindexter. Poindexter won the hearts of all. He did a dress
demo for us and a Bow and Arrow routine with Peaches the clown. He not only
entertained everybody but won first place and the Masters Balloon Pump in the
process. Michelle was always a step behind Poindexter so she really could not
keep him straight but she tried. Michelle took pictures for us all night.
They do Photo work. Add your pic on your Coffee Mugs things like that but
very good. Matter of fact I have already put in my order. So if you would
like to get you Clown on a Mug give them a call they really do it right.
I also would like to thank Cookie & Pep from over near Orlando way. They were
both too cute in there Hobo costums. Cookie, don't ever get ride of that. If
you haven't already you will win some compitions with that costum. As for Mr.
Twister, Beki, and all the rest that came, played, gave of there talets time
and engery thanks to one and all. I hope we can do this again soon.
One last Thank you. Of course to 1-800-4Balloons. Whom sponsored our night of
frolic and fun. They also provided gifts of two bags of Balloons for each
Clown to be claimed on there next order of Balloons. Ron Gilley, the owner of
the company told me you need to claim your prizes in the next month or so.
In true Hobo Spirit I wish you all, on time trains, easy riding fraught cars
and may the coffee always be hot on the fire.
So till the next time we get to sit around the fire and Twist a yarn or two
May the Good Lord take a liking to you and we'll hope to see ya soon
