"Elmo Twist & Peaches go to Teen Missions camp!!"
    That's right everybody, Elmo Twist and Peaches are on there way to Teen Missions Int'l Camp July 1st to 5th 2001. They will be clowning around all over the camp grounds , from dragging there trash can down the main isle in Church to teaching there sillyness in the class rooms. They may even be found Balloon jaming with some teens down under the shade of the old Palm tree. They will be teaching all areas of clowning and preparing the teens for there individual roll in the teen mission fields for Christ.
    As these young folks go forward with there new found skills in Mime Clowning, makeup, Costuming, Character building, Skits, Gospel wonders, Magical Balloon twisting Fun and a host of other skills to help them interact with the peoples of the world, as they bring smiles and laughter from all ages around the world. "A merry heart does good like medicine, we all know that, RIGHT!"     Elmo Twist believes this teaching opportunity has come as a result of twenty five years of prayer to minister to the peoples of the world. Elmo Twist & Peaches have been praying and prepairing so God could open a door for them to minister to the people of China, Russia, and many other countries around the world. Missions have been in the forefront of there witness for Christ as they built the Alpha Omega puppet team and took them into Mexico and around the united states of America. Elmo Twist AKA David Vick would make the patterns and Peaches AKA Shirley Vick would somehow make them look right. " I think God intervened a lot here" Anyway as that ministry grew and demand for more and more puppets came in the 80's and 90's they would send a puppet family back home with each missionary family they worked with from around the world. They really don't know how many puppet children they have out there, they trust God that they are all doing well and serving our lord and savor Jesus Christ the way they were made to do.
    Elmo Twist and Peaches are excited to be working with Teen Missions Int'l this year. I understand there will be a professional training video tape done that can be sent around the world and taken with each teen as they go forth on there mission to teach others what they have learned at Boot Camp 2001. There will be 52 Teams serving in 41 countries all over the world. Praise God! The great commissioning is July 6 all Parents Family & Pastors are welcome to join in as they partake of the largest world shape Pizza and down a 500 gal Milkshake.
