Redemption for the Dark Warrior

Could it be true?? Could Talpa have been using me the whole time....Anubis looked out across the lake. He had tried to stop thinking about these things, but his mind couldn't stop wondering it it could be true. It's those stupid Ronin Warriors, they are the cause of all this confusion in my head.
Anubis felt a slight tap on his shoulder, He opened his eyes to see the Acient One, protector of the Ronin Warriors. He let a groan out.
"Anubis, you must see the truth," the ancient told him.
"Ancient how can I believe this words you tell me are true? I've thought them over in my mind. They can't be true!" Anubis yelled.
"Anubis they are true, you for your armor."
"No, these are all lies. They can't be true! My master wouldn't lie to me!"
"It is the truth Anubis. Open you eyes to the light," the Ancient silently replied. The ancient's staff glowed suddenly, and the truth came clearly to Anubis' mind.
"No, how could I have been so blind. It's not possible," cried Anubis.
"Your jin is loyalty. You proved your loyalty to your Master, though he lied to you," the ancient said, " I will leave you now to think about this."
"Loyalty," said Anubis........at this point Anubis' jin glowed on his forehead. He sat down next to the lake to meditate on the truth he had just learned.
Just as Anubis was coming to terms with the truth, the three remaining warlords appeared.
"I will not return with you to your master," Anubis told them.
Dais laughed, "Did we ask if you wanted to return or not"
Most of you know what happens after this point. If not I will leave it up to your imaginations.
