Command
|
What
it does
|
Description
|
..close
|
Closes
your group.
|
Forcibly
closes down your group and removes all the people from it.
Note – If you make changes to a group for example, if you change
its rating, the change does not take affect until you close down
your group and reopen it. Use this command to close it.
|
..reddottexton
|
Red
dotting someone mutes them and prevents them from typing to the
group as well.
|
Normally
when you red dot someone they are just muted but can still type
text messages. This option allows an admin to change it so that
when they red dot someone, they are muted and can not type text
either. Note – if you turn this on and red dot everyone,
you effectively turn off all activity in your group. This
may be desirable if you wish to leave your group temporarily and
suppress all activity while you are gone.
|
..reddottextoff
|
Red
dotting someone mutes them but they can still type to the group.
|
Simply
undoes the previous command returning you to the default mode
where red dotting someone just mutes them but they are still able
to type.
|
..ban
<nickname>
group owner
only!
|
Permanently ban a user from entering
your group.
|
There
may be occasions when you simply don't want a particular user
to ever enter your group. You may ban them using this command.
Be careful to type their nickname exactly. We suggest cutting
and pasting the name to make sure you are accurate. Do not
type the <.> characters. Here is a correct example:
..ban vince338
|
..unban
<nickname>
group owner
only!
|
Reverses
the ban on someone.
|
If
at a later time you decide you wish to remove the ban on a user,
you may use this command to do so. Be sure to use the exact spelling
of the nickname. If you are not sure of the spelling check your
..banlist command below. Do not type the < > characters.
Here is a correct example: ..unban vince338
|
..banlist
|
View
a list of the users you currently have banned.
|
Displays
a list of all the users currently banned by you. Your ban list
is limited to 100 nicknames.
