Personal Main Responsibility:
1.Develop in all the Interactive Voice Response(IVR) applications(C language) for Customer and as well as In house Applications e.g Customer Support IVR Apps(e.g 03 8314 8222)
2. 24x7 support  production Servers( IVR-Intel 2E1/Web Server-IIS/PABX-Nortel Option 61c) and Network (Dedicated leased line and ISDN PRI line).
3.Maintaining the rest of company technical support, and make a necessary coordination with Customers, Infrastructure Providers, Telco. ( e.g. Network Failure)

ACCOMPLISHMENT:

1.Project Name: -IVR Systems Migration.
Client: Dataco Communications Sdn Bhd, Malaysia.
Duration: March 2005 to Jun 2005 ( 4 Month)
Role: Lead
Team size: 1
Software and Platform: -
Migrates all the IVR Systems connected with Network Infrastructure Provider- (Time Dot Net) and Network Service Provider-(Celcom and Telekom) from office server room into Datacenter-NTT Cyberjaya.
Phase 1: Co ordinations between Telco, Datacenter and Management for documents and technical issues.
Phase 2: Installed a new E1 from Time Dot Net, and Celcom IVR System migration is completed on April 2005.
Phase 3: Installed an additional E1 from Telekom, and Telekom IVR System migration is completed on Jun 2005.
Phase 4: Submit a complete report to Management-CEO.

Outcome: Power shut down failure avoid up to 90%. Site support handle by Datacenter Technical e.g Reboot Server.


2.Project Name: -Customer Service Management System. ( Launched May 2005)
Client: Gen-X Technology Sdn Bhd, Malaysia.
Duration: January 2005 to May 2005 ( 5 Months)

The project involved develop and setting up In-house Web Based System and IVR applications to smoother Customer Service Officer daily tasks.

Targeted Users:-Customer Service Department(3 Person).

IVR Application:-Able to log the customer call details recording and able to hold hotline incoming call( able to handle up to 60 channels in a time) before its route to Customer Service Department.

Web Based System:-Perform as a Main System to retrieve complete customer details and reported cases. Perform as a Email Ticketing System to assign necessary cases to all the department especially Technical Department.

Outcome: Automated and smoother CS Department first level support to customer, and giving a good reputation to customer.

 3.Project Name: Content Management System. (Launched January 2005)
Client: Gen-X Technology Sdn. Bhd., Malaysia.
Duration: September 2004 to December 2004(4 Months)

Targeted Users: Content Management Team(5 person), Designer Team(3 person), and Customer Service Departments(3 Person).

Outcome: Automated and smoother Content Management Team and Designer Team routine job in products selection and analysis . Customer Service Team able to do the first level customer support with an immediate response.

The project involved develop and setting up Interactive Voice Response(IVR) System to handle incoming call from Astro Subsriber and Provide a web-based Live Voting Result to ASTRO Administrator. I did the requirement gathering, specification, and design of the IVR system.
