chibimoon/(chibiusa) is the future daughter (and princess) of neo king endymion and neo queen serenity.chibiusa is a very smart girl.She comes back to the past from the future to get the inner sailor senshi's help to save her family in the future.In the future her kingdom 'neo crystal tokyo' is under attack by the darkmoon.The crystal that neo queen serenity has is lost and the dark moon is starting to take over.Neoqueen serenity is in a deep sleep.Later chibimoon is captured by the wiseman of the darkmoon and she is forced to be the 'wicked lady' she turns completely evil for a time turning against the senshi and her own mother and father.Gratefully sailormoon is able to use her future self(neoqueen serenity) to get chibimoon back to normal.chibimoon is not actually a senshi untill sailormoon supers.Chibiusa can be very annoying at times to usagi but they love each other very much.Usagi's love for her daughter is eternal.
Chibimoon is under training in sailormoon super.She has a pink heart attack....which is not very powerful at all~_~....it just shoots out little pink hearts and pinches the enemy a little,but it's a good distraction and buys time untill the older senshi appear.In sailormoon supers,she is wiser and more mature,but she is still under training.She meets her true love and friend pegasus in these episodes and she is destined to use the golden crystal.my chibi and pegasus page explains this a little more.
Chibiusa is best friends with Hotaru(saturn).She also adores pluto,in which she gave her the nickname of PU. Pluto says that someday in the future chibiusa will make a great queen!(of course pluto knows this because she is the guardian of time)The other senshi adore chibiusa.
