Tastiness: 4/5 - kind of an aquired taste

A.K.A.: Indonesian soybean-grain mix, formed into blocks
Nutrients:lots of protein, iron and zinc
How to use it: in a veggie stew, barbecue slabs of it for a meat pattie
Tastiness: 3/5 - never had it, a friend of mine did though

A.K.A.: chewy wheat gluten or "wheat meat" shaped into cubes
Nutrients:A LOT of protein
How to use it: veggie chili, fold slices with veggies in a pita
Tastiness: 2.5/5 - definately weird at first, but it gets better

A.K.A: vegetables shaped into patties with grains
Nutrients: proteins, less fat, grains
How to use it: Grill them or fry them like burgers
Tastiness: 1/5 - GROSS feels like you are eating onions with a granola bar

How to use: on grill or fried
Tastiness: 5/5 - EXCELLENT I love them, especially Gardenburger hamburger styleAvailibility: everywhere
Try: veggie dogs
A.K.A: tofu sausages
Nutrients: fat free
How to use: Like you'd make a hot dog
Tastiness: 2/5 - tastes really close to a hotdog, so if you like them, you'll like this, but I never liked hotdogs, but I've heard the SoyBoy ones are great!
