In english this page just sets up frames. In each frame is a different web page. Both the BB clock and the BB Feeds are seperate webpages called FRclock.html and FRfeed.html respectively.
There was old code that read the 1-2-3-4 from the MAIN page and instead of this SET format.. it will/should/MIGHT... read the flag then depending on which flags are on.. the split up of the screen will automaticlly adjust (which is why all the page layouts are in java - so I can adjust on the fly).

- Got the flags working to load a BLANK page OR the items requesting, depending on what options picked by the users on the main (index page).
-Added a tag to all 4 frames to allow the refreshing of each frame
