In english... this code decides which browser you are using.. and also redircts people to the folder where my BB page is located. You'll either go to the Internet Explorer page (if the IE version is 4 or higher) otherwise you'll go to the Firefox page. There is old code that tries to add the 1-2-3-4 flags so that the code on the called page will look at it. I HAD it working.. but I broke it. I will work on it again. OR I will remove it.

If you add (for example) the Real One chat to the page. It is not active until you log in with a name. The page layout is different depending on which combination of options you pick.
