Alan Lee

This man knows his way with watercolors, the most difficult medium. Watercolors allow very little mistakes, if any. Once you do it, that's it. No way back. In guache, or oils, a mistake can always be corrected. Not so in aquarell. Therefore, o Painter, I urge you to study the work of this man.  Because, once you learn the secrets of watercolours, there will be very few things left for you to discover. Well, as far as the art of painting is concerned. Here you'll find the work Alan Lee did for "Hobbit" and "The Lord Of The Rings". More to come.
