Death: Goku holds Raditz in front of him and sacrifices himself by having Piccolo fire his Special Beam Cannon through both of them, creating a large hole through his chest which kills him.
Revived: He is brought back to life by Master Roshi with the Earth Dragon Balls.
Defeated: Vegeta in Oozaru Form crushes both of Goku's legs, then procedes to squeeze Goku in his hands, breaking nearly every bone in his body and leaving him near-death.
Revived: He is healed with a senzu bean given to him by Yajirobe.
Defeated: His body is badly beaten up by Vegeta while it is possessed by Ginyu.
Revived: He is healed in a rejuvination tank.
