This christian event was started in 1993 at the Historical Bliss Institute in Belize City, Belize. Since then, the aims of the Barefoot Music Festival have remained:
1.      to create wholesome Christian Family entertainment and
2.      to present the gospel of Jesus Christ in a new and exciting way.
