Father of the Bride
Father of the Bride (1991)

Martin's grown up daughter suddenly announces her engagement and he begins a slow neurotic slide into realising how old he really is. Diane Keaton is his wife while Martin Short is a very camp designer.

Bunn - Pile of old toss. Throw it away if you own a copy, boycott Blockbuster, as they obviously adore this film. It's bad. So bad. Bad, bad, bad.

Dave - I have a question for our visitors from the states... do fathers and daughters really do those late night basketball bonding sessions that film loves showing? Over here they don't, daughters usually prefer sneaking off with older men who shag them senseless whilst on tonnes of amphetamines. Anyway, the film, yes. No, bad movie. Sugary sweet to the point of nausea, the only saving grace is Kimberly Williams who is a very attractive lady indeed. One more thing - a plea to Martin Short. Will you just fuck off? Thank you.
