Joel vs. Mike
During my journeys on the web I have come across a few debates on who is the superior human on the SOL. Surprisingly, I have found no pages in support of Joel. Don't get me wrong in any way, Mike is a great guy and was the perfect replacement for Joel. But that is what he is, right? Maybe so many people favor Mike because the first five seasons are in the back of their minds and Joel's humor is not fresh in their heads. One major topic of debate is the invention exchange. Some people who have pages favoring Mike(who will remain safely anonomous) say that Joel is a prop comic and the invetion exchange was nothing but a showcase of this form of humor. That is like comparing Joel to Carrot Top. Joel is a recognized comic who even appeared on Saturday Night Live. In conclusion, the next time all you Mike-loving-Joel-Haters take a look at the colsing credits see who created this little show that you and I love. Thank you.

I would like to once again mention that I happen to like Mike a great deal as the captain of the SOL. I just felt someone needed to come to Joel's defense.
