Olympics....but I wish I had seen her before that so I have had a chance to see her perform even better then she did at the Olympics.
I am became Domi's fan, in my opinion, before anyone else, because I watched her compete while she was still a junior at local meets and such.I have watched her compete since she was around 9 years old. I have known since then that she would become a big star. I just wish I would have gotten to known her then becasue she is such a great person now. Anyway so you could say that I was her first really big fan!!!!!!!!
I became a huge fan of Dominique in 1992 at the 1992 Jr. Pan American Games. Dominique was 2nd -AA, 1st Team, Vault, Bars, and Floor.

The first time I ever saw Dominique on tv was at the 1996 Olympics. I remember thinking, "What's an 8 year-old doing competing at the Olympics?" I soon found out she was 14, lol! I liked her alot because she seemed to be having a good time competing and she smiled alot. :-)

I first became a fan of Dominique in 1996. She caught my eye at the 1996 Olympics.
I started becoming a fan of Dominique when I saw her win team gold back in '96 in Atlanta. After the olympics, I was wondering when I was going to see Dominique in person. Eventually the dream of my life came true on January 20th, 1997 when I saw Dominique in person at the Baltimore Arena. She took notice of me standing while I chatted with a friend of mine during the intermission period. I wanted to talk to Nique, but I got somewhat shy and was blushing somewhat. I did get an autograph from Dominique that following December by mail. I felt I was very lucky. I hope to see Dominique again in person. She's a beautiful person and very inspring to me.

I first saw Dominique the first day of the gymnastics competition in the Olympics. I was like wow, this girl is so good. After that day when I saw her, i began looking up stuff about her. Now I scrapbooks on her, posters, everything. I even went and saw her at the Civic Arena in Pittsburgh,PA. It was awesome,i'll never forget it.
I first became a fan of Dominique when I was watching the 1996 Olympics. Her bubbly routines and cute smile just caught my attention when I was sitting and watching her on TV.
