Complete Review: 'Evolution' has proved that Boyz II Men are capable of more than just ballads, yet I feel they are trying to evolutionize their sound too much. The album is great, but Boyz II Men and Puff Daddy don't exactly mix, in my opinion. For what it's worth though, the fast jams are definetly cool. "Can You Stand the Rain" is the most complex song the guys have ever done acapella. It is touching and very mellow, all quite stunning at the same time. Shawn did a marvelous job on "Doin' Just Fine" - he truely captivated the atmosphere of a broken heart that at the same time, mended and was capable of going on with life. I've had my heart broken, and it hurts, but listen to Shawn and all is well!! Overall, Evolution is a great album and I wish the best to the guys during the months when they are touring. Keep it comin'!!

Complete Review: I have been a fan of Boyz II Men ever since they first came out, but I have to admit that this is not the best album they've done. All of the slow songs are great, but the songs that Keith Crouch and Puff Daddy produced were dissapointing. Both producers have done better work for other artists. Songs like "Little Things" and "U Know" are some of their better uptempo songs. Even though Evolution hasn't done well on the charts, true fans of the Boyz will always remain loyal and support everything they do. We realize that this is not the "End of the Road" for them, because they have a lot more to offer us and the world.

My favorite on this album was "4 Seasons of Loneliness," but after listening to the album a little longer, I totally fell in love with "To the Limit." I just wish I had a man who would go the limit for me. Plus, I am madly in love with Mike, so when he talks, I just melt. The entire album is great.
