Complete Review: This is an album that will not win the Boyz any new fans, but will keep the old ones satisfied. Common themes in the songs are moving on after a broken heart and being in love. As a guy, I really like "Human II (Don't Turn Your Back On Me)," because it makes me think of my relationship with my girlfriend when they sing lines like, "I cry sometimes 'cause I make you cry and that ain't right."

A wonderful song and a wonderful album that any Boyz II Men fan should have despite its lack of popularity and commericial success. We can really see the "evolution" take place with the Boyz. Complete Review: THIS ALBUM COVERS EVERY PERIOD OF MY LIFE. I WENT TO MY FIRST DANCE AND GOT MY FIRST KISS TO "CAN YOU STAND THE RAIN" BACK IN THE 2ND GRADE WHEN NEW EDITION SUNG IT. IT BROUGHT BACK A LOT OF MEMORIES. THE ALBUM WAS FANTASTIC, THOUGH KEITH CROUCH'S SONGS SOUND TOO SIMILAR. "CAN'T LET HER GO" WAS NOT GOOD UNTILL WE PLAYED IT IN MARCHING BAND.

Complete Review: I like Evolution because it was soulful. The first song is "Doin Just Fine." I liked it because even though they were hurt by women they moved on and kept strong. The next song is "Never." I wished it was released as a single because it is truly the best song on the album to me. It is written by Babyface and it tells of life after a brokenheart. I think it is inspiring and sweet. Now the rest of the album consists of some of the most powerful ballads like "4 Seasons of Loneliness," which is just so beautifully sung and I especially love Shawn's part. The next is "Girl in the Life Magazine." It is something a lot of us feel after seeing the Boyz: Love, untouched, pure, sweet. "A Song for Mama" is a tribute to the number one lady in everyone's life, our mothers. "Can You stand the Rain?" is where it all started and it put Boyz II Men in our lives. I always liked it even when it was only sung by New Edition and I love it now. "Can't Let Her Go" is a song about the woman that just put a mark on a guys heart and he is so in love with her he never wants her to go away. "Baby C'Mon" is a song telling a girl to leave her man since he is no good for her and get with him because he can give her what she deserves. "Come On" is telling a girl she knows she likes the boy so why not dance the night away with him. "All Night Long" tells of a couple fighting and the man saying we should share the blame and stop. "Human II (Don't Turn Your Back on Me)" is a remake but it is superbly done by the Boyz begging and pleading for another chance with their ladies. "To The Limit" is letting that special lady know you would do anything for her to keep her feeling special. And last but not least, "Dear God." This song is so powerful and strong and it most definetely speaks from the heart. The Boyz give thanks to the man who put them here and they owe their everything. I loved the album and I can't wait for the next one, I love you Boyz II Men!
