Complete Review: I think their voices are more clearer then ever before, that shows that they've matured. I like their harmonies a lot and I think that they are a bit different from Evolution and their other albums. And I mean that in a good way, it seems as if they go further in perfect harmony, unlike other bands and the Boyz are the only ones who can touch that feeling inside of you, which makes you feel the emotions from the song. The only thing I dislike from the album is "Bounce, Shake, Move, Swing." It just doesn't seem to fit in the album. But, the rest is great and I sure hope that they will be going on for a long time! I can't live without their sound!!! Buy it, and you won't regret it.

Complete Review: Well, I hate to be one of the few that actualy speaks the truth about an album that should have been so much better, but I am. Compared to all the other albums Nathan Michael Shawn Wanya is weak, very weak. None of the songs stand out or even compell me to listen to the CD. That's great that the Boyz wanted to write there own stuff and do everything on their own to show everyone that they can, but geeez, at least have Babyface write a couple of good songs for you. It all comes down to one fact, this CD is never going to be anything but normal. It won't win any awards, it won't break any records and I hate to say it, but it won't even sell very many copies. Even if the CDs get worse and worse I will still buy them because I am an awesome fan of the Boyz and I wouldn't mind to just hear their voices. But, the CDs need to get better or no one else will.

Complete Review: I have been a Boyz II Men fan since the summer "Motownphilly" was a single. I guess I can understand the teenage craze for NSYNC, etc. because Boyz II Men came out when I was a teen. Anyway, back to the album. Overall, one word to describe the album is "DIFFERENT." It's nothing like what they have done before and they're adjusting with the times. You need that because a perfect example of that is LL Cool J. I'm a guy who loves the slow songs (ballads), but this album has a more uptempo feel to it. Even the slow songs have a faster feel to it. Clearly, the Boyz tried to get into the pop/club audience and the songs I think they did the best job with "Good Guy" and "Beautiful Women." They are clearly the two best songs on the album and I think they are the two best fast songs they have come out with since "Motownphilly." I think "Step On Up," "What the Deal", "Pass You By," "Dreams," "I Do," "Thank You In Advance," "Know What You Want," "Lovely," and "Do You Remember" are very good. "I Finally Know" and "Never Go Away" are average. I can't seem to feel "Bounce, Shake, Move, Swing," I just can't get into it. I know they are adventuring into different things, but it's just not there with me. My favorite solo artist is Babyface and everytime the collaboration with the Boyz is magical and I was kinda dissapointed that they didn't work together on this album. But, I was throughly impressed with the Boyz writing and producing skills. I'm glad they hooked up with She'skpere. Hopefully, for future songs, I would like them to continue to work with Babyface, and Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis. Try new collaborations with R. Kelly, Keith Sweat, Jon B., or maybe Teddy Riley. I think this album is a good value and a must buy if you're a Boyz II Men fan. You won't be dissapointed.

Complete Review: I recently purchased Nathan Michael Shawn Wanya. Overall, it was OK, but it was missing key ingredients that made their first three albums successes. First off, they should have worked with Babyface because they have a chemistry with him that they have with no one else. Second, they should of also had a Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis song on the album. A lot of the producers were unproven and as a result the album wasn't up to par. Don't get me wrong, I like most of it, but it did not flow well and coming from Boyz II Men, I expected a lot more than average.

Complete Review: The long-awaited release from the fellas from Philly...Nathan, Michael, Shawn, and Wanya, better known as Boyz II Men. The album has every element that you wish more artists would have. Nice vocals, great harmony skills and beautiful lyrics. They were even adventurous in a couple of songs like "Good Guy" the male answer to "Bills Bills Bills" and "No Scrubs" as well as "Bounce Shake Move Swing." They get a gigantic thumbs up from me just for attempting to do this album...and they were successful. A masterpiece in it's own right. The lyrics speaks of falling in love at first sight, not letting go of love and suffering in love. Where else can you get all of these on the same album. They even embrace their age by showing a new sensual side that none of us have ever seen in "What The Deal." There is so so much more that I can write about this album, but I rather for people to go get it for themselves so they can discover the masterpiece of Boyz II Men. The rating that I am giving is only because of the order of the album, not it's quality. I persoanlly think that "I Finally Know", "Thank You In Advance" and "I Do" should have been in that order. Discovering new love to the culmination of a marriage...can you feel me?

Complete Review: Ok, waiting for this album for three years really drives someone crazy. Well, I bought it yesterday, September 12, and well, when I heard it, I was incredibly shocked. They sound so great. Their harmonies and melodies are so much more soulful and moving. Even to the simplest parts of their music, the group has a way of making it the most dramatic part of the song. "Pass You By," "Beautiful Women," and "Know What You Want" are really great songs that reflect on the way they do their music. "I Do" is just a great a capella song. 98 Degrees don't have nothing on that song. "Step on Up" shows us Mike finally as a vocalist, besides the occasional line here and there in a song. It's really great. "Bounce, Shake, Move, Swing" didn't really catch my attention. Maybe it reminds me of a bad trip??? And "Do You Remember" is a good song to end the CD. It's definitely worth the money.

Complete Review: Hey..this album is just so freakin' good..like you..I ran to the stores as soon as my bio lav was done..well actually to Best Buy because they were selling a special edition of the CD..it's awesome.."Dreams" has to be their best song since "Water Runs Dry".."Good Guy" is also so awesome and it sounds different than their usual stuff but it's still great..the third best song on the album has to be "Lovely"..it's such a good song..however the edition of the CD I got the exclusive track "Darlin'"..which I have to admit is not too much of a good song..and finally there's track number 4..it's such a bad song..I have no idea why they would write that song..they're awesome but that song absolutely sucks..but overall..one thing that made the album just so much better was knowing that the group wrote a big part of the album..it's good..and worth the buy whether or not you're a Boyz II Men fan.. :)

Complete Review: All of the songs on this album are VERY good. The only song that I was disappointed with was "Bounce, Shake, Move, Swing." The music for it is great to dance to, but the lyrics are poor (that is compared to their other songs). I kind of felt like ANYONE could have written the lyrics. We all know that the guys of Boyz II Men have tremendous talent, so I think the lyrics could have been better. The style of the song is all MUCH MUCH different than any of the other Boyz II Men songs, and I don't like it. But other than that, it is an EXCELLENT album! IF YOU DON'T ALREADY HAVE IT....GO GET IT RIGHT NOW!!
