Complete Review: An amazing compilation of R&B music crafted from the harmonically gifted foursome. I am quite amazed at how beautifully they combine their music. I especially like "I Finally Know" as I believe I will eventually find the one and this is the song that will be in my head when I think about her. Other songs that are noteworthy are "Beautiful Women," "Step On Up" (has an interesting quick beat), "What the Deal" and "Pass You By." I don't dislike "Bounce, Shake, Move, Swing" like so many others seem to but it's not one of their best. "Dreams" was a surprise song that came out of nowhere, very beautiful.

Complete Review: This one had a lot of hidden gems. The mid-tempo "Step On Up," was as close to the original excitement of "Motownphilly" as we'll ever get. Three absolute classic Boyz II Men ballads are: "I Finally Know," and the much slept on wedding classics "I Do" and "Thank You in Advance." I don't know who chose the singles, but they did the Boyz wrong by not pushing their strongest points, their harmonies and ballads. Give it a listen! True fans of the Boyz won't be mad.

Complete Review: "I Do" shows fantastic vocals. Wanya is amazing. "Thank You in Advance" is an amazingly well-written song. The words are wonderful and the story behind the song is a great idea!
