The Prince of Egypt Inspirational soundtrack album has many good songs on it by many famous singers. Boyz II Men were thrilled to be able to do a song for this sensational movie. And the song they did, "I Will Get There," meant a lot to them. "The song is talking about getting over adversity," relates Shawn Stockman. "Boyz II Men are going through situations where we have to get through adversities that make us stronger. We're pretty knowledgeable of those things, so we really feel the song. It's not just talking about a specific part of the movie where Moses parts the sea; it's about overcoming your troubles and your fears-- the trials and tribulations that life brings. It's about just being determined to get over those humps and get through the pains and sorrows we all go through in our lives."
