The Boyz are full of chatter about everything from their careers to their hometown to religion and back again. Here are some of the more interesting things they've recently had to say.
On fame
Wanya: "This is all too good to be true. We have to pinch ourselves sometimes."
Michael: "Let's thank God for all the good things he has given us. There are so many people out there less fortunate than us. He has given us everything we ever wanted."
On Fans
Wanya: "Ours are the best. I'm not foolin'. They'll be with us through thick and thin."
On being from Philly
Michael: "We're thanking our neighbohoods. We're thanking where we came from 'cause it got us where we are now."
Nate: "When we were growing up, Philly had a tight togetherness, a family-type vibe. We lived in neighborhoods with small blocks and row houses. It was real close and intimate. Philly has always been a warm atmosphere for us."
On protecting each other
Nate: "I feel like the older brother who needs to stay on top of things. I probably look old beyond my years!"
On Logan, Michael's original home base in Philly
Michael: "Logan's one of the biggest crime areas in Philly. It was kind of hard coming out everyday and going to different parts of the city to sing while all your friends are slingin' dope and doing all the things you were trying to stay awat from."
On losing their voices
Wanya: "If I lose my voice, I'd be buggin' out right back in the projects just chillin' with my boys."
On the media's constant quest to find something scandalous out about the group
Shawn: "We make them sick because we're not doing what everybody else may be doing. We're just being ourselves; I think it's very important that our brothers and sisters know where we're coming from."
