Complete Review = My friend, Steve, and I went to Tupelo to the Tupelo Coliseum (now known as the Bancorp South Center), to see Boyz II Men. We had to wait outside for two straight hours to get in. My back and legs were giving out on me. Finally, they opened the doors and I went and took my seat as soon as Steve took his seat the show began. Uncle Sam was the first to hit the stage, he sang three songs and was about to leave, but his partner up there stopped him and told he forgot about one more song and that was "I Don't Ever Want To See You Again." After that, Uncle Sam left and Next came out. They kicked their set off with their smash hit, "Too Close," and they did other songs like "Stop, Drop, Roll" and "Butta Love." After that, Next left the stage and there was a brief intermission. Then K-Ci & JoJo came out and did a good one hour show. After that, the big moment arrived, it was time for Nathan, Michael, Shawn, and Wanya, otherwise known as Boyz II Men. When the lights went back out, we could see the Boyz II Men band getting on stage. A countdown started, and as soon as it got to two, Boyz II Men appeared like magic on stage, sending the crowd in to an upoar. Explosions going off while they're dancing, kicking it off with "Motownphilly/Under Pressure/Sympin'" then they went off into "End of the Road." The guys were donning white t-shirts, blue vests, and jeans with blue chaps. Then the guys brought out this big staff with four sticks on it and sang "It So Hard to Say Goodbye to Yesterday." Suddenly they were moving backwards and the piano player rised up and they sang "Can You Stand the Rain" (they never mentioned that it was originally done by New Edition), "We're Not Making Love No More" and another song. Then they showed them changing clothes behind some wall which made the girls scream. Then blazing fire came out, I could feel that inferno in my face. They sang "Little Things/Uhh Ahh." Then the "Thank You" video came on and they came back out and sang "A Song For Mama/I'll Make Love To You/Water Runs Dry." After a brief intermission, they came back out one last time (without Mike) to sing "Can't Let Her Go." After that, Boyz II Men, the band, dancers, and all left the stage. That was the end of the show.

Then we asked a security guard for their signature and we got it, we both started crying and screaming in front of the whole crowd. It was the best.

Complete Review: I LOVED that show. That was my VERY first time seeing my favorite group live. I loved the way Boyz II Men kept popping in and out of the stage while they were singing " Girl in the Life Magazine." I also give this show a 10 star review, because I had the privledge of meeting and talking to Nate's sister. But, my real special concert was on June 4, 1998. I was in the 5th row....right next to the stage. I got great pics, a rose from Nate, a t-shirt. I am waiting patiently for them to do it again...WOO HOO!

Complete Review: The Boyz performed all their great tracks off all three albums in an emotionally moving two and a quarter hour display. Their wardrobe was superb and their dance moves were fly, although Mike did not participate in the dance routines. A memorable night in Melbourne in front of a sell out venue with some of Wanya's powerful vocals brought a tear to my eye. A great concert delivered by four genuine masters. Boyz II Men 4 eva!
