This Movie about a pitcher dealing with a game as well as his relationship with his girlfriend is a charming movie that shows that there are good movies for both men and women.

The movie starts out with the game of the Detroit Tigers versus the New York Yankees, at Yankee Stadium as Billy Chapel (Costner) is pitching a game that could be his last. Along the way he remembers that his girlfriend is leaving him because of his perfectness with baseball. and he recolects about his time with her as well as the people he has met through the game of baseball. This is a poignant look at the american romance of love and the game of baseball. I give this movie my highest vote of 10/10 for the amazing story (using excellent Flashback sequences) and the amazing characters and baseball plays. 99%/100% a few breaks in the audio but later on no more. Ted Raimi of Xena: Warrior Princess fame has a cameo as an Art Gallery Manager. BTW Ted is the Brother of Sam Raimi(The Director). 1
