A very interesting movie edited in reverse order. Careful look at scenes will help with figuring out the story.

Filmed in correct order but edited in reverse, Memento deals with the rare case of short term memory loss.

Leonard Shelby has a rare case of short term memory where he can't forget things he just learned ( what Leonard calls "making new memories") during the movie he tells characters about himself and the story of Sammy Jenkins who has the same diagnosis. Leonard writes down notes as well as take polariod pictures and tattoos notes on his body. He wants to get revenge on James G. who killed his wife. Through the movie he meets people who later on don't appear as what they seem. Can leonard figure out who this James G. is (or in our case, what caused him to kill James G.) but what ends our story is a case of character development and we get to see the real Leonard at the end.

10/10 Good editing, great story done backwards. Great acting by all the cast. 100%/100% Cool opening sequence done in backwards slow motion. and great camera work. If nominated for an Oscar, it would be "Best Editing". 1
