About Me...
As your Hostess, I feel obliged to say I am
still experimenting
this web page thing, so please bear with me...
Disclaimer aside, allow me to introduce myself. My
name is Laura (aka lauren or Harem Hostess). I work in the
credit
card industry in Colorado Springs (before moving to
Seacouver, of course ;) ) In my 31 years, I've also lived
in Illinois, Texas, and Pennsylvania. I'm 5'6", weigh about 125,
have curly brown hair that has a life of its own, and
hazel eyes (all the better to see you with, PW and
JB!).
Note that I occasionally use the name Harem Hostess because I
also belong to Methos's harem, created many years back on the Rysher HL forum.
My other hobbies, when I take time for them, include
writing fan fiction, driving
and hiking through the Rocky Mountains, reading, and
doting on my kitties. (Not
necessarily in that order.)
My biggest interest is science fiction/fantasy. I
love Anne McCaffrey, David Eddings, Robert Jordan,
the Dragonlance series, Douglas Adams, Forever
Knight, etc, etc. I've also greatly enjoyed the conventions I've
attended, including Crescent City
Con and the Highlander
Cruise.
I
have three feline friends, Duchess (7 pounds), Chrissy (12
lbs) and Bubba
(18lbs). They all have me wrapped around their
little paws.
Hmmm...wonder why? ;)
