This is a list of the episodes and special features that can be found on the DVD box set.  The first column "#" is the number of the show as indentified by the DVD packaging.  The second column "DVD" indentifies which DVD in the set contains the feature.  The "Air Date" columns identify the original NBC or BBC air dates if known.  The "Commercial" column identifies if there is a commercial between the opening credits and the writer credits.  The "Ending Credits" identifies if the ending credits have product logos superimposed over them.  The final column will report if there are any commentaries, extra information, or other notes.

1The "Original BBC Air Date" is derived from the BBCi Doctor Who web site where the Monkees used to follow Doctor Who.  If there is a question mark, the documentation cut off before I could extract the date from the "Original Production Paperwork".
