I´ll have to admid that I´m a big fan of horror, gore and splatter movies. It all begun when I was a little boy and I saw some horror movies on Super Channel. The first horror movie that I can remember is The Blob. Then there was running some horror show (can´t remember the name or was it Eerie Horror Show?). Nowadays I prefer Italian horror simply because in my opinion Italian horror is the best, lots of blood and guts. Movies like Zombie Flesh Eaters, Suspiria & Cannibal Holocaust are very good examples of great Italian horror movies. Well Cannibal Holocaust isn´t exactly horror movie but it´s damn good. Dario Argento, Lucio Fulci and Joe D´Amato are just a few good Italian directors. I hope that Italians will make more and more good horror movies in the future. Besides Italian horror movies I like other good horror movies; Hellraiser, Alien, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Evil Dead, From Beyond, The Thing (remake), Re-Animator, Brain Dead and Henry to name but a few.
