Other than the Sailormoon collectibles that I occasionally purchase, I'm always for the lookout for some rare Chun-Li items. Most admired for her role as the butt-kicking kung fu gal from the Street Fighter series, she played an idol to the many little girls that hoped for a video game character to look up to. This tough girl showed the video game world that girls could stand up to the guys. And this she does with splendor and a great outfit.
Girls tend to shy away from playing them once they hit their hormone years and get caught up in dressing up and all. But for some of us it's still got that kick to keep us glued to the screen and spending big bucks for games. I for one, DREAM of owning a Sony Playstation!!! But luckily for me, my pal at UCSD is gonna let me play on his....so I've got to stock up on those games RIGHT NOW! My favorites are of course any Street Fighter game out there....but there is the newest one: Street Fighter Alpha 3. I've even done my research and got a book of all the special moves when it comes time to show those little 13 year olds a little something. : ) Then there's that ever-cute Puzzle Fighter that I can't find anywhere. My goal is to be an expert at that game in 2 years...so the training begins now!!
In my personal opinion, I think her original Street Fighter outfit was so much more sophisticated and cuter than the one that she has now since the debut of the Street Fighter Alpha series. And don't even get me started on the Street Fighter II V series...it's a TOTALLY different Chun-Li!! I think classic is the best way to go. She looks way too masculine in that sleeveless pantsuit thing. Thus, many of the items on the page will be of Chun in her original uniform.
