With the vaunted threesome of Van Damme, Rourke, and Rodman, how could you go wrong? Well somehow they managed to. Van Damme, a secret agent, is forced into retirement after screwing up a mission to apprehend Rourke, the bad guy, and killing Rourke's kid. Van Damme unretires himself and with the aid of Rodman, an arms dealer, sets off after the bad guys who have since kidnapped his pregnant wife. Movie is very thin on plot and good acting, who'd have thought. There are some well done action sequences but they don't help enough for a film in desperate need of it.
