In Mr. Nice Guy, Jackie Chan plays a popular TV chef who comes to the aid of Diana (Gabreille Fitzpatrick), a TV reporter who captured a drug deal on tape. The bad guys chasing Diana think Jackie is helping her and proceed to chase the two of them. Then Jackie's assistant gets involved along with his girlfriend and the four of them get chased by Giacarlo (Richard Norton), the drug lord, and his men.
That may not seem like much of a story but for Chan it's more than enough. In his movies the story is secondary to the action and stunts which are the best put on film. While the stunts in Mr. Nice Guy may not be as death defying as in some of his past movies, they are still wondrous. If you liked the past offerings from Chan you should like this one. If you didn't like his past movies what the hell is wrong with you?
