1995 US National Ladies Figure Skating Champion Nicole Bobek personifies grace on ice. Nicole's charismatic charm has led her down a winding road in the world of Figure Skating. Nicole reached the pinnacle of her career in '95 when she won her first ladies National title and came in 3rd overall after a strong first place finish in the short program at the '95 Worlds. Injury plauged Nicole in the '96 season, but she regained her status as a fierce compettitor in the '97 & '98 season by re-capturing a spot on the World team with a Bronze medal at both National Champioships. Nicole's ability to mesh artistry and athleticism on the ice is unmatched by any other amature skater today. She was considered a top contender for the gold at the '98 Olympics in Nagano Japan. But she finished 17th.
