The Indonesians forest fires have upset the ecology cycle tremendously. Causing thousands of animals to flee from their natural habitats and destroying several species of plants with medicinal value, it has been a big blow to Indonesia. Caused by illegitimate farmers who used burning as a to clear land for agricultural purposes, the fires have gotten out of hand, spreading rapidly. In addition to causing the destruction and extinction of various organisms, it has also caused peat fires which are hard to extinguish. Millions of animals were made endangered and several were made extinct. Those made endangered include the Sumatran Tiger and the Javan White Rhinoceros.
