Before I Die

To speak again, of the warmth of life
That others might know
It is not warm
It could be warm
Before I die

To speak again, of the wonders of love
That others might say
It once was, wasn't it?
It could be again
Can I love again, before I die?

To speak again, of happiness
To hope for happiness
So that others might ask:
Remember that. Will it come again?
Will I ever love again, before I die?
