patches: What do you think about unofficial fan clubs?
PW: Well, I don't know. They're unofficial, so I don't really know about them.
patches: Well, there's a new unofficial fan club out there. It's well-represented (here at con). It's not for you, it's for Methos. It's called the Methos Harem. *polite chuckling from the crowd and a few catcalls---cheers from the Harem, which was in the first row* And we'd like to present you with a gift.
(patches leaps on stage, scaring both PW and his bodyguard. The crowd smiles and laughs when they see the front of the shirt, a yellow smiley face with a blue vertical stripe and the words Carpe Rogem on it. She hands it over to PW, who looks at the front, then reads the back, which TP wrote out, by the way.)
PW: "The Methos Harem. (Pronouncing it 'HAA-REEM, not "HAIR-RUM") Live, Love, Learn, Share, and Survive." Thank you.
(patches bounces off stage and the crowd cheers ... well, mostly the harem, but still, it was good advertisement.)
PW: (watching patches skip off) Well, she's really skippy, isn't she? *chuckles*
TP *in patches' stead, since she was so nervous, she can't remember*
