The purse that Ashley orders online behind her father's back on an episode of "Two of a Kind" is the same purse they use in the shopping scene in "Passport to Paris"

The first run of "To Grandmother's House We Go" on TV was ranked No. 8 overall for that week. It earned 16.9 points (each point represents 931,000 homes --> that's 15,733,900 homes in total) and a 25% share of viewing audience!

No "pilot" episode for So Little Time had to be filmed (A pilot episode is one episode that is filmed and sent to networks to see if the network likes it. If the network likes the show, they will then order more episodes). Right from the beginning, a full season of 26 episodes of the show had been ordered.

Dualstar originally approached Fox Family to discuss doing Mary-Kate and Ashley specials, but they later instead decided to do a sitcom, giving us "So Little Time"

When filming "So Little Time", they are scheduled to complete 1 and 1/3 episodes in just 4 days.

In 1991, Mary-Kate and Ashley was placed in 6th place in the Q-Ratings (television popularity rating), with 42% of the people surveyed describing them as one of their favorites.

Ashley's perfect day would begin by waking up, followed by Tae Bo, and a manicure and pedicure. Then it's off to meet friends for lunch and shopping. After that, she'd go home, take a shower, and meet friends for dance class and finish off the day hanging out with friends.

Mary-Kate's perfect day would begin by waking up and looking at the beach on a clear day. She'd go for a jog, run some errands, and as the sun is setting, get a massage - then fall aslepp.

During their free time on the set of Winning London, they both editted the premiere issue of the mary-kateandashley magazine.

They love to shop on stylish streets such as Melrose Avenue, Robertson, and Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles and the Soho area in New York City.

Mary-Kate and Ashley attended Aaron Carter's (a teen singer) 13th Birthday Party.

Aaron Carter said that if he was to pick any famous girl to date, it would be Mary-Kate.

To prepare for her role in It Takes Two, Ashley had to listen to a tape with an english accent and repeat after it over and over again. She also went with her dialogue coach to Tiffany's and an art gallery for brunch. They watched how the people ate there and also learned how to sit up properly like the "rich" ladies.

When they visit themeparks, it's still hard for them to hide their faces even when they put on a hat.

Ashley's 2000 New Year's Resolution was to try to work out once a week

They do have American Online (AOL), but they don't give out their screennames.

The latest pets they own now (around Summer 2000) include three dogs: Lucy, Tiger, and Mikey.

Mary-Kate recently (around Summer 2000) sold her horse Star and is planning to get another one soon.

Their friends have been extras on their movies before. Madyson was in the background of the cafeteria scene in "Switching Goals". Brianna was a in a scene of "Our Lips are Sealed" that was filmed in Los Angeles.

Their friends sometimes travel with Mary-Kate and Ashley to their filming locations.

They love to attend Lakers games.

When they were losing their baby teeth, they had flippers (fake teeth). They would need to go to the dentist about twice a week because they would lose their teeth at different times and they would break one at least once a week. That way, they would appear to have all their teeth on TV and so that people can't tell them apart in Full House.

They are dedicated Holland America's MS Zaandam boat on May 6, 2000 and became co-godmothers of the vessel.

They were Teen Ambassadors for the 1999 Women's World Cup Soccer.

They are dubbed Holland America Teen Admirals.

They go to the same school as Ethan Peck (Mary-Kate's boyfriend in "Passport to Paris").

Both of their future plans include college and expanding their production company so they can produce and direct.

The funniest thing they have ever autographed was somebody’s arm.

Ashley went away for camp before but went home after a week and a half.

During 8th grade, the only class they had together was French and it was their first year taking a foreign language.

They both transferred to a new school beginning in 8th grade.

Choosing from Disneyland or Disneyworld, they like Disneyworld (in Florida) more because ithas better rides.

They learned the 8 dances for their "Dance Party" CD-ROM in only 2-3 hours.

It took 4 weeks to film Switching Goals in Toronto, Canada. It was really cold and was also raining half the time.

They only get bodyguards at premieres, when they're in New York, or when they're filming.

During Christmas Eve, they sing christmas carols together with their family.

On New Years Eve, they usually spend it with their family and cousins; all watch the ball drop.

They have separate rooms and separate bathrooms.

An average, photo shoot takes 4-6 hours, which includes hair and makeup. Regular press publicity shoots aren't as fun for them because they are more restricted and have to do certain things (certain poses).

They did a Doublemint commercial take off for a school play before.

As executive producers, they help with the casting, decide on the clothes in their movies, and they have a say on their lines. For the casting part, the original caster picks a few people who then meets with Mary-Kate and Ashley and they get to choose the lucky winner of the part.

Their hair takes 1 hour to do to get the right hair style and to look good.

Their best part about acting is getting to travel, but the hardest part about acting is the long hours. They have to work 9 1/2 hours a day, which includes 3 hours of school.

They're mostly mobbed by fans at big themeparks such as Disneyworld and Great Adventures.

Passport to Paris took about a month to film.

They are fans of Elana Dvorak's nail polishes.

For their 13th Birthday, they went to see "Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me" with a couple of friends. They mainly got money as presents since they were headed for Paris the very next day.

Mary-Kate likes to listen to the radio stations 98.7, and 106.7 around her area.

On their free time, they both take Tae Bo lessons(similar to kickboxing).

They hardly ever fight, but the times they fight is usually over clothes.

They have 2 horses now: a pony named CD (for Compact Disc) and a horse named Star.

Their favorite clothing shops are "Planet Funk" in the mall and they also like a street called "Robertson Blvd.", which is lined up full with many clothing stores.

If they could meet anyone in the world, Mary-Kate would love to meet Meg Ryan, Drew Barrymore, Sandra Bullock, Brad Pitt, Gwyneth Paltrow, Tom Cruise, etc...

When they were little, they were not really interested in watching TV; instead, they preferred playing with Barbie Dolls.

Ashley did not cry at the movie "Titanic" but she did cry at the movie "Stepmom".

Ashley would like a big car like Ford Explorer so she doesn't get in to any accidents easily.

They love video games.

Their second home at Sherman Oaks had five bedrooms and was 4,800 square feet big. It was a ranch style house built in 1940. They had lived in there for 5 years before moving in 1998.

They usually bake cookies for the entire "Two of a Kind" cast and crew every week when working on their show.

The entire cast and crew of Two of a Kind celebrated the end of season 1 with a party at the Sheraton Hotel in Universal City on March 5, 1999.

When they're doing photo shoots, they like to listen to "Grease" because it gives them a lot of energy.

For Christmas 1998, they got makeup, candles, bath stuff, and makeup brushes! They gave little sister Lizzie capris pants and a little top and big brother Trent a scanner. Mary-Kate gave Ashley a bag, and Ashley gave Mary-Kate shoes and a shirt.

Around the end of 1998, they moved to a new home in a gated community in the west San Fernando Valley. Their old house sold for around $1.6 million and was brought by Two of a Kind's executive producer.

Mary-Kate and Ashley's brother Trent owns a pet lizard.

While they did Full House, they used to attend school once or twice a week. Now that they're doing Two of a Kind and have a bigger part, they are on the set everyday of the week. They only attend regular school one week a month. The rest of the time is work.

Mary-Kate once got a secret admirer's present for Valentine's Day, but she still haven't found out who it was yet!

During Valentine's Day, one of their school's tradition is to give lollipop candies to each other and see how many they get.

When Mary-Kate & Ashley attended John Stamos' wedding, each guest were to bring one flower and put in a big arc.

Mary-Kate and Ashley dress alike for business functions only, not during their freetime though.

On the set of Two of a Kind, if anyone cusses or says any bad words, it's either a $5 or $10 fine. Ihis method was devised by Mary-Kate and Ashley.

Mary-Kate used to ride Western style but now it is English.

For Christmas 1998, Mary-Kate wanted to sell her pony and get a horse while Ashley wanted more clothes.

In Billboard Dad, the twins are not really the ones doing the dives or the in-line skating at the opening scene. It is actually a stunt person.

One of the twins' favorite Christmas traditions is that they give each other really good clothes or gift certificates.

At Candace Cameron-Bure's (DJ Tanner on Full House) baby shower, there was a game called put-the-pacifier-in-the-baby's-mouth, which was similar to pin-the-tail-on-the-donkey. People were blindfolded and then tried to pin a pacifier into the mouth of a picture of a baby. Ashley won.

When Mary-Kate and Ashley travel to special events, they usually have 2 or 3 friends at home who would go with them so they have someone to play with

When they were little, Mary-Kate was used on Full House for almost a year because Ashley would cry everytime she was in front of a camera. One day, Mary-Kate had something wrong with her eye and Ashley was used. This time, she was fine and they both started sharing their roles equally since then.

When they lose their baby teeth, they lose them on different sides. (one would lose a tooth on the right side, and the other would lose one on the left side)

When Ashley was learning her part for It Takes Two, she and her acting coach Barbara took a limousine ride to Beverly Hills to observe the guests at the Beverly Whilshire Hotel. They also shopped at Tiffany and strolled down Rodeo Drive to soak up the glamorous atmosphere.

In the film It Takes Two, the Callaway's summer retreat is across from the orphan's camp. In reality, they were more than 150 miles apart. The Callaway's house is located in Toronto, and the Camp was near Huntsville.

They were to the Billboard Dad premiere in Mall of America with two of their best friends.

Aside from Trent and Elizabeth, they also have a half-brother and a half-sister

Ashley doesn't like cats because of their claws. Kittens are ok though.

"Our First Video" was planned to be called "Our Home Video" a year earlier before it was actually made.

During the first two seasons on Full House, Mary-Kate was used most of the time because she was always smiling while Ashley just liked to play backstage and watch. Later on, they both shared the role equally.

It only cost about $250,000 to make each video episode

There were actually two sets of twins that played Nicky & Alex on Full House. The twins during the first season were Daniel & Kevin Renterian. The twins for the other seasons were Blake & Dylan Tuomy-Wilhoit.

When Mary-Kate and Ashley were little, Mary-Kate used to sign her name with a heart and a M inside it. Ashley used to sign it with a balloon with an A inside it.

The food scenes in Full House are very important to the twins. When they were little and filming Full House, Ashley didn't mind that Mary-Kate gets most of the food scenes until one day, Mary-Kate got a ice cream scene. Ashley finally complained.

Also another time, the executive producer promised the twins a cake scene and when the producer forgot, they wouldn't come to work, so the producers quickly wrote another scene just for them.

When they used to film Full House, Bob Saget(Danny) and Dave Coulier(Joey) mess their lines up.

When they were little, they liked John Stamos because he sang big boys songs.

In their spare time, they both enjoy soccer, basketball, softball, gymnastics and rollerblading.

The girls spent four days at the Mall of America filming their Mall Party video. It took two whole hours filming the song "Decisions, Decisions" from the new video
