100 GIRLS
A smart-a** flick about a teenager's quest to find his one true love (whom he made love to in an elevator
during a blackout in the ladies' dorm). With quite a few clever lines and exploration of the battle between the young sexes,
this mediocre comedy is good at times in the movie. Catch it for a no-brainer time and a number of chuckles.
Captivating cinematography backdrops this tragic true life story about a single-mother who moved to undeniably
one of the heavens on earth. Slow at times but not at all boring, this movie is beautiful in more ways than one. Kim Basinger
does what she does best in this strong character role with a great and complementary supporting cast. Shouldn't give this a miss
if you're looking for some good stuff to catch amidst the flood of summer-end left-overs.
The best bits are in the movie trailer and the leftovers are little better than chicken feed... well, sort of.
More of a treat for the children than the adults despite the misleading promos. Check it out only if you're really hungry for animation.
What can I say? Even the guys liked this chick flick that is quintessentially all-american high schoolish
with b**** and b****** to match. Quite a visual feast with great cheer-leadings and catchy sequences.
Eliza Dushku (Buffy) looked and moved so amazingly she almost stole Dunst's thunder. Not at all bad for a teen flick with a typical love storzzzzz....
Virgins beware and if you're one, you'd better watch your back in the cinema. This hilarious comed.. SPOOKY HORROR THRILLER is
a treat for all of those young at heart. A corpulation party never seemed less wrong at times like these in Cherry Falls. And yes, there are really
so many virgins in that school.
The angels are just amazing although Lucy Liu can do much better than the leather whip persona. Check out those stunts and skin-tight wear...
