Dynamic Beauties Co-stars

Undoubtedly 2 of Hollywood's finest and prettiest young actresses co-stars in a thriller about cults. Natalie Portman (Queen Amidala) plays the best friend of Claire Danes' character who disappears one day in college. When Dane's character finds out that her best friend has been brainwashed by a religious cult, she risks her safety and sanity by infiltrating it to save her. Look out for Into The Void.

Boxing-office

Toy Story does not barge after 2 weeks on top of the charts. Even Tom Hanks' The Green Mile (a 3 hours long show about prison wardens, inmates etc) did not scare Woodie off. Hanks is definitely the happiest guy these days. After the string of hits from Sleepless In Seattle, Philadephia, Forrest Gump to Apollo 13 in the earlier half of the decade, he re-energizes after directing That Thing You Do to return with Saving Private Ryan, You've Got Mail and now Toy Story 2 together with The Green Mile (a hot Oscar vehicle).

Anna, the King and I

Despite fierce competition from Hanks' 2 hits, expect Jodie Foster and Chow Yun-Fat to score a dynamic opening weekend before Christmas. Anna And The King shouldn't do less than US$30 million.
